JAI#120 - Inspiration Photo

This week I wish I wasn't here writing this post but up in Canberra with many of the JAI girls who are attending Stampin' Up!'s Convention...oh I so wish I was there!  Last year was my very first SU! Convention and I got to meet so many of the JAI team face to face and it felt like we had known each other for ages and not just the time online as part of this Design Team...we are a close-knit little group. Enjoy spending the time together girls and bring back lots of excitement and inspiration for us all.

Anyway onto the purpose for this post and that is to announce this week's Just Add Ink Challenge... another inspirational photo and this time provided by Jodene. Use the photo to provide inspiration for your project, whether it be the colours, the layout, elements within the photo or patterns you see in it.

Again, sorry for the lateness in posting.  As I mentioned last week, I normally do this at work but my work computer needs to be fixed, and until the one of the boys has time to fix it, I'll be doing this posting at home, and more than likely after I have feed the hungry beasts at home :)

JAI#118 - Just Add...Me, May, no Mae

Well this week's challenge post is a bit embarrassing and hard to write as it involves myself and it is my turn to prepare the post. For those who regularly join in our challenges you would know that we often find inspiration amongst ourselves and so have at times set the challenge to CASE one of the JAI Design Team and Delys decided that since it was the month of May, that the team should CASE "Mae", that being me!

JAI 117 Winners!

Hello Everyone

Yay for Thursday - it's nearly the end of the week :)  I've had a very disorganised week this week - our renovations have moved into another phase - replacement of the ceilings in our entry, lounge, dining, kitchen and family room - the result of removing walls and finding that ALL of the celings were at various heights.  As a result, I have 3 rooms of furniture in 1 and my kitchen has been wrapped in plastic for the last 3 days.  Thank goodness for takeaway :)

Anyway, onto today's task, which is to announce this week's winner.  I couldn't believe how many beautiful cards we had enter our 'Yellow' challenge this week.  I thought that these colours would scare a lot of people off, but you all proved me wrong.  The DT had a very HARD time narrowing down their choices as we had so many lovely entries.

Our winner for this week is  Helen  with this gorgeous, bright & happy creation.  I just love the basket full of daisies.
